By using this website as a user (hereafter “You”), You agree to the following Privacy Policy. Please read this policy carefully before using this website.

GENERAL

One of my personal values is the right to privacy so I promise to be incredibly respectful of yours. I view any information you share as a gift to be cherished and will be intentionally respectful of your data. This Privacy Policy is written to explain the data I hold, how I use it, how I store it, and your rights pertaining to this data.

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

Information collected varies on how you interact with us. By using our website as a member you may share contact, financial, and personal information with us.

Participating in the Leadership Lens Alignment quiz will allow you to opt-in to sharing your name, email address, and results.

General use of the website includes cookies. The website platform (Wix.com Inc) and Google Analytics also log IP address and location. (Allison KT is a tremendous advocate for utilizing a VPN service to protect your digital identity).

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

Information is used to process billing and share information via email marketing. (You are free to opt out of marketing campaigns at any time!)

Analytics are studied to learn about user behavior to optimize web experience. Any analysis done is first anonymized to protect your identity.

DATA RETENTION

Data provided to this website is stored by Wix.com Inc. Data is also stored in Mailchimp for email marketing purposes (The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp).

YOUR RIGHTS

You may at any time and for any reason opt out of receiving email notifications. You may also ask for your data to be archived or deleted.

Any time a meeting is being recorded, you will be asked to opt-in and may attend without video.

You may say "an attendee commented...". You may not say "Joe from Facebook said...".

Any comments, questions, breakthroughs you share will not be shared without your written permission.
